There are plenty of alternate designs for zombies out there. Some are more realistic, while others are more cartoony. Here are a few alternate zombie designs that stand out:
1. The Zombie from "The Walking Dead"
The hit AMC show "The Walking Dead" has popularized a more realistic version of the zombie. These zombies are often gaunt, with sunken eyes and rotting flesh. They're also speedy and agile, making them all the more dangerous.
2. The Zombie from "Plants vs. Zombies"
This popular video game series features zombies that are more on the cartoony side. They're often brightly colored and have exaggerated features, such as big teeth or noses. Despite their goofy appearance, they're still capable of doing plenty of damage.
3. The Zombie from "Resident Evil"
The "Resident Evil" franchise has always had a more horror-themed take on zombies. Resident Evil is a video game that has been around for many years now. It is a well-known game in the online gaming community and is well-known for its hostage situation where it was used as a movie scene. Resident Evil is a game that is loved by many and hated by many others.

Doctor Strange 2 is still in the early stages of development, but that hasn't stopped some early concept art from surfacing online. The latest piece of art reveals an alternate version of the film's Zombieland sequence.
In the original film, Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) travels to an alternate dimension known as the Dark Dimension. This dimension is ruled by an evil sorcerer known as Dormammu (Benedict Wong). In the Zombieland sequence, Doctor Strange is forced to battle an army of zombies that Dormammu has created.
The new piece of concept art reveals an alternate version of this sequence. In this version, the zombies are replaced by an army of skeletons. It's unclear if this was simply an early idea that was scrapped or if it's something that could still be used in the final film.
Doctor Strange 2 is currently set for release in May
